All commissions will be started the Friday following your purchase ONLY if refund policy form has been signed. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for designing and shipping.

Commission Refund Policy:

A copy of the refund policy and process break down will be emailed to you along with the link to upload your reference images within 24 hours of purchase. Commissions will not be started until refund policy form has been signed to ensure your understanding of policy and commission process. 

• Full refunds available until start date.
• Partial refund available unless, corrections are accepted.
• No refunds after project enters print stage.
